However, I’ve been busy enough keeping up with the world of Valencian wine (have a look at Vino Valencia), and intend to hit the ground running with this blog.
Today I read that Castell dels Sorells (Valencia’s longest-standing maker of Cava, and in consequence the only one from outside Requena allowed to do so) have signed a 10-year deal to export their cava to China.
