Tastavins Aula Vinícola – Joan Martín’s in-depth wine course

If you are within easy reach of Valencia, you may be interested in Joan C. Martín’s all-encompassing Tastavins Aula Vinícola wine course. This year, as ever, there are national and international teachers, and in all110 wines will be tasted as part of the course. It runs on Saturdays from March to November (there are 27 actively taught Saturday courses in all, covering both theory and practice in vineyard, winery and laboratory), so this is serious stuff.
